This is a spreadsheet that computes saw settings for tapered miters. Use tips:
The Number of sides is the number of miter sides, for example quad, hex, octagon, etc.
The Side outward tilt from vertical is basically the taper of the object from top to bottom in degrees.
To use look at the column that matches the number of sides you have and the row for the taper top to bottom in degrees. The Miter entry is the angle you set your miter gauge to (or rotate to if using a miter saw). The Tilt is the blade tilt.
